Download Termux from playstore and
Follow these steps :
1. apt update
2. apt upgrade
3. pkg install git
4. git clone https://github.com/maldevel/IPGeoLocation
5. cd IPGeolocation
6. chmod +x ipgeolocation.py
7. pip3 install -r requirements.py
8. python ipgeolocation -t (victim IP)
Or
python ipgeolocation -m for your own phone location.
