1) Find A VPN-Change Your Location
2) Go To Facebook-Lost Password
3) Enter The Email That You Got And Change The Password
4) Go To Option>Access Your Information>Profile Information>About You
And You Will Find The Date.
4) Then Go Back To (Security And Login) And Check That Your Own Ip Isn't Write Their
Note : I am Sure You Will Access The Account Either With The Old Method Or With This One
